NEWARK — The FBI Newark Division is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 34 year old Carla Vicentini out of the Newark, New Jersey area.

Carla was last seen on February 10, 2006.

Carla went to the Adega Bar and Grill to visit her roommate who worked there at the time.  Around 2:30 am, she followed a man from the bar to his car to supposedly look at a picture.  Before walking out, she reportedly told her roommate that she would meet her at home later on.  The man she was last seen leaving the Newark bar with is described as a Caucasian male in his thirties who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 200 pounds.  He has light colored eyes and dark and gray hair.  Carla was 23 years old at the time she disappeared, and was a Brazilian exchange student living with another exchange student in Newark, New Jersey.  Carla was only in the United States for less than a month before she abruptly vanished.  The FBI is offering a maximum of $20,000 worth of reward money for information that results in the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible for this crime.

Carla is described as:

• GENDER: Female.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Blonde.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 7 inches.
• WEIGHT: 140 pounds.
• OTHER: Carla has numerous piercings throughout her body.  She also has multiple tattoos, including a gray angel on her back, a red and yellow chameleon on the left side of her hip, and a tribal tattoo on the lower portion of her back.
